the Second Amendment protects all the rest. An armed man is a citizen, a disarmed man is a subject. The Second Amendment was a requirement for 8 of the original 13 colonies before they would sign the US Constitution. You have to ask yourself, why would politicians such as Madam Secretary Clinton want to disarm the civil population...could it possibly be that they want to make sure that there is no resistance to something? I bet there are at least 6 million Jews that wish that they had had the right to keep and bear arms, oh about 1939.

Speaking of Jews during WWII... a bunch of armed Jews in Warsaw held off the Nazis longer than the entire nation of France did.

It's a bit encouraging that the wacko 9th Circuit Court would come down on the side of reason, but it was still a 2-1 vote, which makes me wonder WTF the 1 was thinking.
