355-ship fleet including 12 carriers, this is one area I do agree we need to invest some money. We need to get the Refueling Complex Overhaul (RCOH) program back on schedule and get the Ford class into full service. Right now you technically only have 9 active carriers. Three represent one deployed so you are short a deployed carrier right now.

Having Gone Thru 2 RCOHs and watching 2 Carriers do the same a drydock over. It isn't cheap. Definitely worthy of a Cost Benefit Analysis.
