Life on the Western plains. I don't know, losing weapons and ammunition and now this. My comfort level of safety is gradually fading.

Yes, but stupid still prevails. There are 3 missile bases. FE Warren, which as you read is at Cheyenne, WY, Minot at Minot, ND and my base Malmstrom at Great Falls, Montana. All fairly isolated and BORING! Our cops at Malmstrom (not all, but 3 or 6 is plenty) had a drug ring going. Weed and coke and who knows what. How they got caught, one got in trouble and dimed the rest out.
The cloud seems to hang over Minot though. They have a LONG track record of continuously stepping in shit.
