My only comment is this....involuntary permanent change of duty station to Fort Leavingworth and when their sentence is complete, dishonorable discharge.

Yes, Sir. We were discussing this in another post. Not the first time. Not the worst offense. Like I said in the other post, this crap KEEPS happening at our 3 missile bases. All of Global Strike Command suffers because these clowns get bored or disenchanted at these isolated northern tier bases.
