Seeking help with Afghanistan, US holds up $255M to Pakistan

PO3 Steven Sherrill there's actually a 2-pronged strategy we could take here. We could start getting even friendlier w/ India. This would force Pakistan's hand. India would boost tech capabilities for us, as well as give us a strong ally against a resurgent China. If we begin backing India a little more than we already do, Pakistan would be a little more willing to assist us since they are butting heads w/ each other. You know, sort of play them against each other to get cooperation from the one country in the ME that just seems to be sitting back & waiting for their moment to come sweeping in?

So there is a plan... I feel better now.
