PO1 William "Chip" Nagel Actually this isn't that new. There are several law schools which have delved into this area of law given the various issues from space satellites to ISS to potential military issues. Although I will say that this attorney is going in a different orbit than what we have normally seen in "space law". It's going to be interesting to watch it develop.
