Why not just move to the country of your choice and get citizenship the normal way. It does seem to me that to have virtual real estate and duel citizenship opens up the country to corruption and possibly terrorism.

SGT (Join to see) the 9/11 hijackers were on tourist and student visas. Corruption is pretty rampant globally, even in the U.S. where we pretend it's not. I'm not sure that flexibility in citizenship arrangements would exacerbate either issue.
