Does this mean that VA will reimburse veterans for the finances paid in the pursuit of medical treatment and care outside of the VA?

This is a positive step forward for all veterans who utilize the Veterans Choice Program.

CPT (Join to see) - Unfortunately, I feel reimbursement is unlikely. However, I would bet that this means there will be co-pays in the future --which is better than taking a number.
