Removing a constitutional right based on suspicion alone violates the Due Process clause. How do they imagine this will get through the courts?

There they go again. Another waste of the passion that might better be used to identify the real issues and fix them. By the time everyone has vented their spleen revisiting the Great Gun debate we'll be too exhausted to do anything else

There are so many ways to accomplish this with a few tweaks, but that isn't the Congress way. "Never let a good crisis go to waste"
