Hopefully it is good news that Washington lawyer Michael Missal has been nominated to be the chief watchdog at the troubled Department of Veterans Affairs SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL. To be honest Washington lawyer and watchdog are two terms which don't usually fit well together. Hopefully Michael Missal, if confirmed will prove to be the exception and be a resourceful and wise watchdog.
