Not only power plants. Many older industrial control systems are all vulnerable in some way. Things like Stuxnet are older and only the tip of the iceberg in vulnerabilities that can be exploited. I highly recommend the video on Stuxnet called Zero Days. It can be found on Youtube.

This was a very small example of ICS that are vulnerable, and a very specific example of an ICS. The potential impact this would have could be absolutely catastrophic.
