You don't have to try to make everything about Trump. Most people know what a raging pos he is but...every single post isn't about him nor needs to tie into him. Just saying.

Sometimes, you move ahead because you're leaders of men, not teachers. Ideally, it should have been proofread, but heart-felt manuscript isn't always designed for critique. I do not know the individual who wrote the paper, but until you understand the person, it's hard to understand their intent. Chief Leaf

If you're going to blast people for not writing "flawless" memos but can't even proofread your own memo...yeah.
There's no difficulty understanding intent nor do I need to know the person who wrote this. We have ignorant NCOs like this in the Army too.
It's not that hard to proofread or have someone proofread a memo. I always have someone look at any memo I write to make sure there's nothing I missed because I don't want to look stupid.
