Hopefully its for a good reason!!
That reason is that victims feel more empowered to come forward and have less fear of retribution for it!

The same year they made supporting SHARP part of all NCOER and OER so questioning the legitimacy of any accusation became career suicide. which is specifically prohibited by the regulations about unlawful command influence in the UCMJ but who is going to tell the president no?
