If these facts are accurate, someone acted in a truly negligent manner here. The complaint of coughing up blood with significant shortness of breath should have at least triggered a call to a medical provider under any protocols I have ever heard of. Failing to do so suggests a failure to follow protocol, if the protocol did not exist, the failure to have such a protocol is in and of itself a failure in my opinion as a medical health professional.

Same thing happened in Wisconsin with Sheriff David A. Clark from milwaukee. He got off.
