They are following Muhammad's orders. Mosques and Maddrassas have to be shut down. Imams deported to have an effect on the numbers.

Explosives to start the attack. ISIS does that too. I bet they communicate and get new blood from the same Mosques and Maddrassas. I wonder who funds them? Charities?
