Just those who have been recorded. Something needs to be done about the stigmas surrounding PTSD and other diagnosis when it involves a Missing Military Vet. Civilian LE, unless personally were military, have no clue of a military veterans mind who suffers from any war they may have served. Education is needed as well as cooperation of Military Branches and LE. @
