SLC Customer Facing Training
Week 1: Onboarding, accounts, and logistics
Week 2 - 3: Shape proprietary Analysis & Triage
Week 4-5: Analysis & Triage application through security operations center (SOC) shadowing
- Hours weeks 1-5 M-F office hours with Saturday Sunday off.
Week 6-11: 2-week sessions on a given shift actively remediating attacks on customer endpoints and infrastructure.
- Weeks 6-11 you will either work four 10s on Sun, Mond, Tues Weds (Front Half)
OR
Four 10s on Wed, Thurs, Sat, Sun (Back half),
- Week 12: Interview Prep & Draft Week
For those members the Professional Services team does not select to move to Jr. Technical Account Manager or Enterprise Consulting Engineer position you will likely stay on in the SOC unless you get drafted into a dedicated customer analyst/engineer role on behalf of a specific customer (ex: Starbucks, JetBlue, Wells Fargo, etc).

At its conclusion, you will then be armed to defend the biggest banks, retail, and travel infrastructure from fraud and botnet automation.
