When you scroll down and read some of Mr. king's comments they say abu grabe stemmed from white supremacy. If you research the personnel involved in abu grabe you will see that there were soldiers from various races involved. I think what happened in abu graib was horrific but the circumstances leading up to that type of behavior are different than the cop with the OD patient. The cop's behavior is definitely out of line and I have serious misgivings about his professionalism but there is a big difference in posing with a body and commting torture of capitives under your authority.

Yes, the difference being that we expect compassion from law enforcement, especially when they know Americans are looking for behavior like this.
