I am curious to see if they do well on NBC. The investment made to broadcast them exclusively has been kind of a bust for them.

I love watching sports I wouldn't normally watch and cheering on our countrymen. I hate that they are in Asia as it makes the live viewing windows pretty small for those of us that cannot stay up to all hours of the night. I hope there are no national anthem shenanigans. That would be a buzz kill for me.

This is the only time that I like the fact that I have insomnia and generally only sleep 4 or 5 hours. Plus this year I am having a medical procedure done to hopefully deal with a lot of my pain management issue ( though I have spent the last couple of days reading up on it and now I am kinda freaked out.
And yes a protest would suck big time, when I was a kid watching them I saw this and to this day think that it was in bad taste.
