"If convicted, Aguilar faces up to 20 years in federal prison and a fine of up to $250,000. A preliminary hearing in her case has been scheduled for July 14 in Waco, court records show.
A U.S. magistrate judge on Monday ordered Aguilar held in the custody of U.S. marshals until that hearing. According to ABC 13 reporter Steve Campion, when asked if she understood the charge against her, Aguilar replied, “Yeah, yeah, sure.”"
Oh hell no - this bitch does not get to be all cavalier about what she did. "Yeah, yeah sure." It's pretty obvious she holds zero remorse in helping him dispose of the body. And only up to 20 years? Smh.

I read somewhere that supposedly her murder had nothing to do with the sexual harassment. If that’s true then why she was killed for. It seems like Fort Hood officials are hiding something more troublesome than anyone is expecting.

I read an article that said Guillen found out Robinson's girlfriend was still married and she threatened to report it - and he wasn't about to let her "ruin his career" so he murdered her.
I also am not sure that he was the only one who was harassing her. She told her mom a supervisor was harassing her and that she didn't report because others had and nothing happened. He was just a SPC - he could have possibly been a team leader but I don't see a little SPC being able to avoid getting in trouble for sexual harassment complaints. I think there's more involved with the sexual harassment.
