Justice seems to have been served as Michael Jace has been sentenced to 40 years for the murder of his wife SMSgt Minister Gerald A. "Doc" Thomas. Murder is terrible in each case but murder of the one you promised to cherish and should be protecting is unconscionable.

As it is he will be 93 when he completes his sentence. (The life expectancy of an America male is 78.8 years so tacking on an additional 100 years or so wouldn't REALLY have much of an impact.)
