Yeah this definitely not standard training this group does train military but they also train PSD team's.

With that in mind the drill makes a lot more sense - what about keeping muzzle on target while moving? Like this drill -

SPC David S. that was an awesome drill. My only concern was the feet over feet they occasionally did most of time I just teach myself to shuffle along when doing a movement drill.

More prefer this type of walk - turn the hips more towards the direction your moving -

Not liking where the number caller was located.
This guy is obviously a skilled shooter. Who would want to be in the number callers position with someone with a years military experience let alone at any point in osut?
Set up a video monitored indoor shooting course with friend and foe targets.
Send the shooter in by themselves.
Don't send them through just once either. Do it multiple times over say a week long period every six months.
Ft.Benning had the million dollar range you only got to shoot at once.
If you want to increase shooting lethality in the infantry you cannot scrimp on ammo and quality shooting time and diversity of shooting conditions
