I keep in good contact with my exes and talk to them normally. I will not be contacting them on Valentines Day though....

I agree with the author that I don't think it is a good idea to contact your ex for Valentine's Day. Whatever the issues were that you broke up, will not be fixed by getting back together on a Holiday.
