MSgt George Cater One of my concerns is with the choice program, for example, I was sent to civilian places for testing and for care. The VA NEVER PAID THE BILLS!! It has taken me 5 years to get these off of my credit report! The VA needs to not only talk the talk, but walk the walk as well- improve ALL of the care, not just a portion of it. And give the rude "lifers" the boot, or at least make them feel less secure in their job- so they will actually do their job for once. They need to realize we are people, not numbers, not files that they can shuffle from 1 desk to another. js

Have you dealt with the new Med Center south of the airport at Lake Nona? I've been over there for several things since Oct and it's been great each time. Maybe I'm lucky. That place is as nice as the Mayo Clinic up in Jax. One of the techs did tell me that it is the regional flagship and showplace though.

MSgt George Cater - yes I have its beautiful! Hopefully, with more places like Nona, we won't have to be sent to the civilian sector except for ER services. In the meantime though, I still have bills on my credit report...
