One of the biggest issues my unit had in our mission in Afghanistan was informing remote villages and tribes of the central Afghan government. Many have never heard of President Karzai or even Kabul. We had far more success and support learning local tribal laws. So to me this is really a "No way, say it isn't so" article.

The people we put in charge are Tadjik Bandit who have mudered thousands. You'll know the end in coming when you see them heading for Tadjikistan
