this is because so many of the Congress Critters and being Lobbied By the Big Box and Chain Grocery stores... Congress ... The Finest Criminals Money and Big Business can Buy...

I think this article scratches the surface of the information that would be needed to know if this is a good or bad decision. If there was something tax money should be spent on, this would be it. However, I can see the need of getting rid of excess spending.
