Cecelia had to be one of my fave songs....
my female friend said it was ok . I wondered if she imagined I was thinking of her as ‘Cecelia’ even though we didn’t have a turbulent relationship.. it was the opposite.. ‘T’ (Theresa) kinda kept me in-line.. I’d want to do some kissy-kissy and she’d go “No.. you know where that leads.. and Mom or Even Grandma or both come over.. them women are like detectives.!” So we straighten stuff up.. not show room straight but close enough .. too straight them wonmen got suspicious.. So we took off and went somewhere we knew they couldn’t follow.
‘T’ is Military retired too so I didn’t have to
Get a dispensation letter for her to go in exchange or commissary as my escort..
We were at W-P in Ohio and went to commissary early and got some frozen beef and put in our cooler.. The door greeter asked one time when I was with s’one else where my wheelchair was ..
I didn’t give her no backtalk, I told her
Sheila helped me and stopped me from making unwise choices. Like buying a 20 lb brisket .. when there’s only 2 of us.. (actually I would but I’d have to get it in the smoker as quick as possible.. ).. I just used that as a point . The greeter just shook her head(don’t remember if it was side to side or up n down.. we went on in
And shopped.. then went to the AF museum. So much to see one needs more than a day.. T and I went and got a room at billeting(I called and set us up..)
We lucked and had rooms that adjoined with a bath between . When we got there a clerk thought she should spread us out.. put one-of us further down the hall or better yet with two floors between us.. I talked to a SSGT there and he kept us in adjoining rooms and reminded me that the UCMJ applies or in our case, U.S. Code.. what article in U.S. code I don’t recall.. it’s there somewhere .. about cohabitation of two of opposite sex (not married) sharing government quarters..
When I was stationed in Va. a NCO(Ret) had used a room at billeting for immoral purposes with a female person not his spouse and the gal’s dad found about it after the fact.. when it happened she was a minor for about 2 hours.. Her dad wanted to press charges under state civil law: Sex with a minor and U.S. Code because it was in government quarters .
Dad tried to use his pull as a GS employee but was told it had no bearing even if he was a DOD employee.. it wasn’t related to his duty position . The RET AF NCO was a GS over at Fort Useless-
(Eustis) Her dad didn’t know that until
s’thing came across his desk with that
RET NCOs stamp on it. The dad double checked and it was the Ret NCO who’d had relations with his daughter.. So her dad dug out the Code of Conduct for Civil service employees. The Dad’s boss told him to drop it, he doesn’t work here, that’s up to his boss.. What he wants to do..
Meanwhile the daughter goes and joins the AF.. and goes far away.. and stays in connection with the Ret NCO.. She gets him to request to to get over to a like-position in Germany and it happened..
What happened after doesn’t really matter except to her daddy
