Skydive Mag: Landing Patterns 1: Safety to the holding area

Landings can be congested with varying skill levels involved. Like skiing, the person below has the right away. You can see them, they CANNOT see you as the canopy is a big obstruction. I've had high skill level jumpers do hook turns that cut me off. Never knew they were there until they clipped my canopy at a high rate of speed.
