SMA: Soldiers may be wearing fewer awards and decorations on the Army Greens

I am stumped, this article is old and we have a new SMA, who actually has been around for quite a while. I would not get excited until the Army makes an announcement. In a personal note I wish the military would stop making so many changes, it seems never ending with the uniform in particular, and appears timed with SMA assignments. They are and have all been great men, they have left indelible marks on the men and women of the Army, slow down the chatter on uniforms. Again, my statement-no one else’s.

The more, the merrier...

The SMA, pictured above, seems to be wearing the officer version of the uniform from WWII. Is that because he is the SMA and akin to an LTG, as I have heard.
