Looks like remedial training for the unit's Transportation and Movement NCOs and Officers. It also looks like remedial training for either the S-4 or Unit Contracting Officer as well.

Been there, When you go in by helicopter you don't have trucks to move. That isn't a problem except when you are in combat. Can get really scary. Stuck on the side of Hwy 22 with no trucks and only a few rounds per gun.

Interesting but the M109 is not transportable by rotary-winged aircraft. And the only US fixed wing aircraft capable of loading it is the C-5. Though this may not be correct, it is what the TM states. Not sure about the C-17 though.
