Very surprised that the Army has narrowed down this hilarious incident to negligence of one Soldier. As bad as it was and still funny to watch them fall do to chute failure, will be interesting to see the facts that claim one Soldier, intentionally or negligently, is responsible. After all, operational accidents do occur.
