A great resource for transitioning SMs to help see what's out there and a potentially valuable arrow in your quiver as they say. Don't rule out local, city, country and state agencies where you live as there is always a turnover there. I was able to get hired on years ago by the State through a local Employment Commission office where the CS rep who helped me was also a former SM.

This is by far one of the best videos I've EVER seen that talks about the value of transitioning soldiers from all sides, done at an Employment Summit! Thank you for sharing.
