Some have pretty serious responses to certain vaccines but the Ferris doctrine protects the government.

I remember reading an earlier article from when this Soldier first filed her lawsuit. I love the part where her lawyer claims that she was the only person forced to take the vaccination because she was a highly educated Muslim woman.

They definitely shouldn't have tried to play that card. It only makes a reasonable lawsuit lose all credibility.

CPT (Join to see) exactly, they lost me at that point. Multiple serious reactions should have been a strong enough case. But, they lost all credibility at the moment they said "singled out".
