Soldiers coming into units, full of combat patches and combat experience has been happening, after Vietnam, Grenada, Panama, Somalia, Desert Storm... How about this, if they are to weak mined to handle it, send them packing, if you an NCO, or officer whining about it where have you been, hiding? College, cry me a river!! Go choke yourself!! This is the most asinine garbage, we have more pressing issues! LIKE.... Bringing back field craft, focusing on marksmanship, self aid, buddy aid, better yet how about how to properly counsel Soldiers, and how to properly write an NCOER... Simply disgusting! Stop stopping down and coddling these children, it's time to grow up, ruck up, suck it up or pack it in and go back to mommy and daddy's house and your PlayStation!!!!!! End rant, carry on.

Tell the leadership to remove their rank as the logic applied to removing patches can be applied to their rank.
If you believe Soldiers that have previously deployed and survived are somehow less trainable due to a patch, well logically your rank impedes your decision making and should be removed to allow for training.

It pretty much means..."Screw your experience and training. The new Soldiers can't appear or feel to be left out and not part of the team. In truth, they really don't need to know whom to go to for experience and guidance."
