Soldiers in this Army unit can earn points towards time off. And it was all an E-4's idea

I love these kinds of stories! The private in the foxhole is the leadership's key to success. What he/she thinks, feels, knows, sees and hears can save lives, or in this case, time! Hooah!

In the early 70's we always had time off, it was called, "Take 5" or smoke-em if you have-em.
