Soleimani takes command of riot control in Iraq - DEBKAfile

It appears, the Iraqi government is mostly Shia. Iran is Shia. Shia believe the 12th Imam is about to step out of the well and help motivate him to do so by creating war with anyone that does not bow down to their brand of submission.
The Shia have been hounding the Sunni lately in Iraq. By doing so, IMO, ISIS will be back in great numbers on the gound.
