Hell U.N. can’t get up and tie their own shoes, how are they supposed to help a country raise up a military force. Their Force has too many ROEs ... that’s why

No one has been able to stop Somalis from raping each other. I participated in Provide Comfort...the early part where we were bringing food and supplies to the people of Somalia. Somali warlords killed women and children to steal the food from their countrymen, and then shot at the aid workers carrying food from the trucks. Somalia is a failed state, and it got that way from corrupt and barbaric leadership within Somalia. NATO cannot save them, and no amount of money or effort will change Somalia without fundamental education reform for a generation.
