Some States Have Much Higher Enlistment Rates Than Others

*Trigger Alert* Since the Left has started their second war on the South do we need to remove all the descendants of Confederate Soldiers and have a limited conscription of citizens from Northern cities to fight our wars in Afghanistan, Iraq, Korea?
In 2013, 44% of all military recruits came from the South region of the U.S. despite it having only 36% of the country's 18-24 year-old civilian population.
