When you drop it in nK, remember to have it labeled "From South Korea" or From USA. nKorea relabeled some of our bags of food that was donated via the UN.

Not pallets. Individual servings. Pallets would just be swept up by the NoKo regime and used for their own nutritional and propaganda purposes. With individual servings, on the other hand, there would be no way for the government to get them all. And if they are accompanied by a paragraph or two expressing the wishes of the United States government for the North Korean people to be healthy and well-fed, the NoKo regime would make it a punishable crime to possess those individual servings, let alone eat them.
