Yepper … seems to me I've read of perverts here in the U.S. taking videos upskirt, in school showers, in motel rooms, and in bathrooms. Nothing new in this article … other than the perverts in the ROK are catching up to and perhaps surpassing our perverts … and they have more public toilets. It is interesting how time flies and things change though … I remember back to the early seventies when the squatting was done in public along the roads. It was nothing to see men, women, and children doing what had to be done.
