BE AWARE! Do what you can! Do not injure yourself! Do not re-injure yourself by being overly zealous in your recovery!

I am quite pleased to complete 2-3, 55 minute sessions a week of just stretching. Even then, I am careful to not overdo anything!

I'm 71. Been working out since I was 13. Almost never miss a day. Body's trying to disintegrate, and I won't let it. So far so good.

CSM Charles Hayden - Thx. I usually try to keep them between 300-400 miles. That is roughly 3 months- less in the summer more in the winter as you can run longer but the concrete and temps break them down fast. I usually have 3 or 4 pair a year. I only wear them for running as well.
