The souvenir my son got for me to remember this day and ride behind Southern 4501. This penny was ran over by 4501. I had no idea he was doing this! He stamped the date in it for me, June 27 2015. I carry it on my key chain everywhere I go.

Looks like that would be a great trip, I've had the chance to ride a few old trains but nothing as nice as that .

PFC Andrew "Tommy" M. What really made it special was it was a surprise "gift" from my son and we got to spend the day together without the stress of life!

Do you remember 'The Freedom Train' when it was on display in 1976? It passed behind my family's home in SW Ohio, twice.
