Spain Seizes 20,000 Military Uniforms Bound for ISIS

The Geneva Conventions require combatants to wear uniforms or something to distinguish them from civilians. Terrorists have historically done all the stuff the Geneva Conventions forbid, by blending with civilians rather than distinguishing themselves from civilians, using human shields, torture and murder, etc. I don't expect a lot to change, really, but if they intend to start wearing uniforms, I actually view this as a positive development.

Time we began to watch the action instead of the words.
