Spanish fighter jet accidentally fires missile near Russian border

This clearly wasn't the pilot's fault. They put the button to fire the missile right next to the controls for the in-flight entertainment system.

That'll stir up a few hornets.

Not what you want to do if you were planning on a promotion.
