Thanks for some humor my friend SGT (Join to see). I concur with SSG Pete Fleming that trying to keep up with name changes and resignations within DoD is very difficult.
The best uniforms were probably the BDUs which all military services wore for a season and made them look the most joint.

The best uniforms were the Khakis and the Jungle Fatigues and I don't mean the pickle suit.

I know this is a joke... but how much money do they spend changing names, uniforms, creating safe spaces... just a waste

It may have something to do with the militaries budget amount. If they don't use it all, they may not get as much the next year. At least that's the way it was where I worked.

SGT (Join to see) - I understand the 'use it or lose it', which I don't agree with. But even so there are better ways to 'use it'

SSG Pete Fleming, I know there is. An example:

Where I worked, heat guns were used to remove labels from card board drums. They had a one year guarantee and cost $99 each. I was at SAMS one day and saw some heat guns exactly like they use. They were $9.98 and had a two year warranty.
I went to the purchasing manager and told him about the cheaper heat guns. He told me they had a contract with the supplier and couldn't get out of it. He also told me about the annual budget amount, and said it had to,be used up or the next year there would be a smaller amount. So it happens with our government and the private sector. It's still a waste of money that could be used for more important things.

Uniform changes from what I saw from 1974-2015 was based on whom pocket the decision makers where in. Worst decision was Velcro on a duty uniform.

Din't Trump get four or five draft deferments during the 1960's?

CPT Pedro Meza, We've known each other a while, and you know she doesn't scare me. She insults me with her promises that won't come to fruition, and she knows it. She lies like a rug, and she knows it. I'll tell who is afraid. It's her. She's doing all she can to bring down Trump's popularity, because she's afraid of losing. One more thing Pedro. SHE'S UGLY AS SIN.

CPT Pedro Meza, Dude, If it's a positive surprise, I'll welcome it. You're correct when you say they all lie. Some more than others, but they do lie a lot.
