SGT (Join to see) Refusing to arrest juveniles in school will not stop criminal activity, in fact will embolden consequence free youth. Broward County also has a history or adjusting real crime stats to artificially reduce crime rate. Look it up, a Sheriff and some command staff were indicted on this very thing before. Very sad.

Parkland shooting background. Yes, long read but worth it. Sounds like a Tusami was building and no one played attention. That PROMISE program was anything but..
