Interesting TSgt Joe C. whatever gets you through the day :-)
I understand that MOTO stands for "Master Of The Obvious" and AF may stand for Autofocus but might not in context.
"Do you ever wax poetic about slogging up a hill at 5 A.M., sweaty and exhausted, but held together by the camaraderie that comes with chanting cadences during a unit run? Well, thanks to Spotify, you can now listen to military cadences anytime you work out. Recorded straight from drill sergeants or drill instructors themselves, these playlists are guaranteed to get you amped. The popular music streaming app has cadences from all the services branches, even some that specific to infantry, rangers, or SEALs.
So if you miss singing about Jody while suffering through your workouts, you might find solace in these Spotify playlists."
I was interested that somebody collected 50 cadences for Army and Air Force, 20 for Marine, and 34 for the Navy with many cadences making multiple lists.
Since I only sang cadences within the Army 1974 to 1986 I wasn't familiar with many of the cadences now used.

TSgt Joe C.
I do remember a few of the Air Force cadences off the list provided. Good motivation when you're stuck in a PT rut LTC Stephen F.
