Spotting Breaches by Studying Users

Study users, never! This will never work, this is bogus, users are smart, considerate, knowledgeable. They cannot make mistakes, nor can they cause disastrous effects to a network.

Okay, in all seriousness, this is why you have a competent IT security team. Paying a hiring someone at 10yrs of pay who is 20 yrs old expecting 30 yrs of experience is not the way to do it. You will get what you pay for. But in the end, it is senior leaderships responsibility to make the final decision. Is the risk worth it? Is the cost to much? Never be a no man, always say yes, but have them sign the form, releasing you of responsibility.
