This is a view of sprints at the Trampoline Park. Due to two jobs, I work out only three times a week.
I drink a protein shake after this and I hit the gym before, or after.
In the mornings after coffee, I have a light amount of lunch meat with melted cheese. No chips. I have lost 13lbs. I need to lose another 25lbs. It is hard at 55. I have to grind it out sometimes.
