I hope this takes root & actually does what Gen Goldfein hopes it will. If it is successful, it will be a good first step at getting the service back to where it needs to be - a fighting force, not a boardroom.
The AF is facing serious issues w/ toxic leadership & this is chasing many pilots away from the field - mainly because they aren't flying, or being told they will have their careers tanked if they even think about talking to civilian airlines.
